Not a place you’d normally want to go, but we had to get clearance on our shipment. The officers we met were super friendly, quick to help and easy if you have all your papers ready. On the 8th floor, easy access and metered coin parking!

Very pleasant experience. I recently became a US citizen and needed to update my Global Entry to reflect my passport (instead of Green Card). I didn't need an appointment for this. It took around 5 minutes for the nice lady behind the reception to update my information (I checked my details online before I left the office to ensure that they were indeed updated). Great folks.

Two of us went for a Global Entry application appointment/interview. In and out in maybe 10 mins flat. Nice, friendly staff, great service. Efficient and pleasant. Even the lobby receptionist was surprised how quick we were.

auto validation desk office. I been working as messenger for more than 8 years but never encounter any officer that was rude and bully . Today there are two officers names Lopez and Gonzalez. They are very rude and bullying other customers. They think they are above the law because they have guns and badges. They are very prejudice to Asian people and peoples who are less educated then them. I recently noticed they are abusing their power because they are working for U S government. They are closing the windows for their personal reason but as tax payers we have the right to freedom of speech. They should be review for be rude and not doing their job right.

Yes, the only thing she needs to present is the US birth certificate if she was born in the US. No passport needed to travel by land most of the time

No packages are held at this facility. All packages are held at bonded warehouses.
Yes avoid street parking it might take longer than the metered parking. Go to lobby and follow signs to the right floor.
Appointments only I believe. I had to book a few weeks ahead.
