Beyond impressed with our stay! Super clean, inviting, and a kind staff. Natarsha and Cole at the front desk were super helpful,funny, and they really know their stuff about the property. My aunt and I were down from Michigan for the weekend for some warmer weather. A good trip always involves a good stay and a welcoming hospitality. Thank you Morning staff and kitchen hosts! And most of all Hampton Inn & Suites of Lake city! Can’t wait to come back.

Quality stay, Home feeling decor, great staff, and warm tasty breakfast. We had the Maple Sausage and scrambled eggs! Will be staying here again! Natarsha at the front desk provided me with some helpful information and signed me up for Hilton honors so i could gain points on my future stays! That sweet lady has a way with people. Hoping to see the same staff in the future.

Arrived after 11 pm and staff were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. We parked a boat in the back of the hotel and they asked us to move it in view of the front desk so they could keep an eye on it overnight since it was slightly out of view of their surveillance cameras in the back. Hotel was well maintained with a nice front lobby. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy!

The staff was friendly, the bedding was comfortable and the breakfast was ample and tasty. The breakfast staff was upbeat and competent. A downside was that we had ad to ask for fresh towels because their housekeeping staff was too stretched. As an old fashioned guy, I didn't have the same reaction to the decor that my wife did, but once she explained the stylistic clashes, I could see her point (but it still didn't bother me.)
