We arrived around 10pm as a break from a long drive. The front desk person was friendly and accommodating. However, I should have believed the negative reviews. For the place being approximately a year old and significantly new, it was was dirty. When I checked out, I shared the photos with the front desk person and she pointed over to another woman and said, "well, there's the housekeeping manager right there". So I showed her all the photos of what appears to be puke or food (see pics), and she just mumbled something and didn't even apologize. The housekeeping staff is clearly incompetent to have missed this. In this day and age, after all that happened with COVID-19, one would think that top sanitization is priority. If my young child hadn't been falling asleep, we would have asked for another room or left. We passed on the free breakfast because if they don't clean there rooms thoroughly, then I don't want to see the kitchen where the guests can't see. Also, as other guests stated in their reviews, the sheets feel really piled and like sandpaper. For nearly $200 a night after taxes, I could have stayed a the Marriot with a water view of the Gulf like I did a couple weeks ago.

We have stayed here several times. It is where we layover when we are driving to Orlando or Daytona. It’s a relatively new hotel. Very nice and modern looking. Always clean whenever we stay. Staff is always friendly and the breakfast selections are above average. Great for a one night stay and plenty of selections for places to eat right nearby. It’s right next to I-75 making it very convenient for travel. Will be back.

The building and room was nice and new. Room was clean. Heated indoor pool fine (no towels stocked there but that’s ok). The failure is management. Breakfast was 30-40 minutes late to start because the attendant “ran out of gas” on the way to work. Moreover, there were several what appeared to be homeless people or persons from the nearby hospital/rehab getting free breakfast, including one without shoes and wearing a wrist ID band. I called the hotel later in the day as a courtesy to let them know that the hotel should maintain certain hygiene standards in the eating areas in the interest of paying guests. As I did not receive a call back from the manager after leaving my number with the front desk, I feel compelled to leave this review.

This was a lovely hotel at a very convenient location for travelers, being close to I-75 and I-10. The lobby and rooms were spotless, modern, and cheerful. The front desk personnel could not have been nicer or more welcoming. My only complaint is partially my fault, but when I called the next day to report that I had inadvertently left 3 bottles of medicine near the coffee pot and that a family member would pass right by that exit and could retrieve the, I was told that no one had seen nor reported them. It as my mistake, but I feel that I may not be the first nor last to make one like this. I do think there should be some policy established to correct this.

Yes I have been here all week and every day I seen at least 4 to 5 dogs being checked in. Most were smaller dogs but I did see one medium sized dog. Did not see any large dogs so I don't know if they have a size limit you want to call and ask
