Extremely dirty room. Carpet not vacuumed, bathroom floor and the bathtub are filthy. No garbage can in the room, and when asked, were told to "bring the garbage down the stairs." No soap, just a little shampoo container--had to wash our hands with shampoo. Someone's uneaten food plate above the microwave...I am honestly not sure if the sheets were changed. No breakfast as advertised. Ice machine next to laundry room not working. Zero stars, do not stay with kids--unsanitary.

I usually don’t post reviews, because I know it’s hard to run a successful business. Out of concern for children and families who need a safe place to stay. I would recommend passing this hotel over. Not only does nothing around the property work properly: AC, ice machines, fitness center, phones, there is no breakfast etc.. The atmosphere outside was sketchy. Honestly we couldn’t leave fast enough.

I had a late check in but the staff was friendly and helpful. Still no breakfast offered because of covid, but I was told there would be coffee and pre-packaged breakfast bars. The room was not what I expected for the price though. Only one of the three lamps in the room worked and none were connected to the wall switch. Everything was just a bit dingy and old. Sticky floor and one of the two beds although made up had sand in it, the other had a red stain on the cover. The tank lid was askew and after the first use I realized why. You had to reach in and mess with the flapper or it wouldn't seal and run all night. There was mold around the tub and peeling paint on the walls and in the tub. When we went for the coffee and breakfast there was one creamer left in the basket and no breakfast bars. They said they ran out, it was 7:45 am. I intended to bring all this up at check out but after waiting 20 minutes behind another person who was talking about their own rooms issues I had to go.

We stayed because it was the cheapest one on Priceline, so we didn't expect much. Surprisingly clean other than the carpet. Good water pressure in the shower and in-room coffee maker. The young guy on the housekeeping staff is super nice and a Lake City native who is very familiar with the area. Bonus points for the pool being open, because that's rare these days. I would stay again.
