Very disappointed in my experience here. I was hoping it would work out since it’s so close to my building, but I definitely won’t be coming here again. What kind of urgent care doesn’t even take your vitals?! Not even a temperature check. The nurse and doctor were very unprofessional. I explained that I had very bad swollen glands causing me pain in my throat and ears. She didn’t even feel my glands until I repeated multiple times that they were bothering me. I also mentioned seasonal asthma. She asked me if I had ever taken a steroid for these issues to which I said no. She left the room without even telling me what she was prescribing me. I told the front desk I had no idea if I had prescriptions to pick up. They said yes go to your pharmacy and they’ll be there. It was an inhaler and absolutely no medication for the main issue I am having. So I’ve been in pain all day and paid a $30 copay for nothing. I’ll continue going out of my way to go to CityMD.

I am amazed that during a time of Pandamics, Doctors and PA's still care. By far the best Urgent Care I have ever been to. The staff cares and Dr. Zhang was amazing and very caring even post visit. I highly recommend this location. Great resources, knowledgeable staff, and most importantly a clean facility. Thank you all.

On Sunday, I was told by the doctor that he was confident I didn't have Shingles. On Wednesday, I saw my primary care physician who took one look and said it was in fact Shingles. This was a painful lesson... for me.

I’ve been using this place for years now and I would not go to any other place. Stuff is amazing and they have always been courteous, respectful and attentive to my complaints. I go there for absolutely every medical need. It is true that some Drs can spend more time than others with you but we must not forget that we’re in a pandemic and they are as overwhelmed as a hospital emergency department. So, yeah, some doctors could be nicer but overall they’re the ones I wanna see if I need to do so.
