A pipe broke in my house. I had to turn the water off in the whole house. I couldn't find a replacement part. Called Steve at Wm F Meyer. He didn't have the part in stock. He called me back a few minutes later and had talked his supplier into waiving their order minimum. He order the one part I needed. set it up so I could pick it up. I was able to install it and turn the water back on with in a couple hours. Steve went above beyond with his service today and I really appreciated it.
