My wife and I own an automotive upholstery shop in Oswego and we needed one of our sewing machines repaired, and we found d this company. We brought our machine in and one of the original owners of the businessrepaired it for us. He did a great job, and stands behind his work. We are very grateful to have met them and will definitely use them in the future for our other machines. Great company. I can't say any more about them.

My wife and I visited the store on Saturday July 16, 2022 to look at the Pfaff Creative Icon 2 and the long arms. We were greeted by and welcomed into the store by Colette. She was extremely helpful with answering our questions and showing us around. It was our first time in the store and found it to treasure which was worth the hour drive. All of the staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful.

Yes, we repair all makes and models of machines. We have an on-site service department and you do not need to schedule an appointment. Just bring you machine into the shop (along with the power cord, foot control and bobbin) and we will discuss with you any issues you are having with the machine.
Greetings! Our business is still following all COVID safety practices; such as increased cleaning of commonly touched surfaces, wearing of face masks (employees and customers), physical distancing with signage/floor markers including signage asking customers to not shop in store if they are experiencing symptoms or have traveled out of state lately. We are also limiting the number of class participants to ensure physical distancing during “higher education” 😀
Robert's is not the place. They are a quilting store. Ask around for a good tailor. Keep in mind a constructed jacket is a lot of work by an expert. A simple jacket is another story. Easier etc.

You would be best to locate a local social media website where you can post your machine for sale. We do not know of any businesses that are buying sewing machines.
