At first I found it difficult to get an appointment and get past the bureaucracy of navigating the impossibilities of getting around the new rules behind covid-19 however all the employees are really great to work with they have really great attitudes they go to extra mile they scheduled me an appointment they got me in early for the appointment and they all made sure that they could help me the best they could I was trying to get my driver's license it was revoked and I needed to start over with a permit they explained the whole system and helped me get everything from my permit to my driver's license in the same day I felt defeated however they explain things and and showed me how I could do it all and I walked out with my driver's license the same day if it weren't for them being so kind and so patient and the gentleman Jody helping me I may still be driving illegally or worse than that either way it was a great experience

For a Colorado title no, unless it's one of the older small titles that specifies that it must be notarized. For those older titles you can also use a in lieu of notary form from the colorado.gov website, the seller would have to sign this form. For other states mostly no, there are 9 or 10 that specify on the title that they must be notarized.
