Knew there was a Camping World event and we decided to go. Immediately a sales rep. Came to us and we followed directly to his office to fill out information. NO our intention as maybe future buyers was to have a rep accompany us as we let him know what we are looking for. We wanted someone to let us know the different features of the ones we were looking at. So I quickly said no paperwork told Mark what we were looking for and he just pointed out to where we need to look. And Mark was very informative to tell us he had a family to feed. HELLO we all do!!!! But his family was Kangaroos… Anyway we had come from 2 other RV sale company with a different sales approach. As a future buyer make me fall in love with you as you guide us through the RV lot and we are interest and EDUCATE us!! Not just want to “SELL” us. I guess we got spoiled with the different selling approach on the other 2 RV sales places. Well we can tell you as our experience we are definitely going back to the other 2 RV dealership to give them our hard earned money! And camping world will never get a penny of it

We called Camping world to buy our RV we bought new in 2016. We used the website and it performed flawlessly. We were contacted by Dean ( Robert) within 24 hours and we were given the opportunity to bring it in for a inspection prior to their purchase. We brought the RV in for a 10 am appointment and we were approached by some very nice employees all asking if we needed help. ( This was a pleasure dealing with Camping world). Within 1 hour we had their offer and was painless. I had a contract in hand, all paperwork ready to sign after lunch. We were paid promptly the following week. Dean was courteous, knowledgeable, and a very hard worker. We will be gladly return here to buy our next RV.

Dropped camper off on a Monday Aug 22, was told by Wednesday we would hear back on how long to expect for a stabilizer to be replaced and the roof sealed for preventative maintenance. Never heard anything so we called Thursday and Friday leaving messages for our service guy Kyle. Never received a return call. Called Monday and again Kyle was not available or a manager to speak to on the status of our camper. Finally we received a TEXT stating they had the wrong camper down in the computer and they have not even gotten to it a week later. We told them we had to have it by Sept 1 Thursday for a trip. When I called to tell them we are picking it up, I was told we have to be there by 4 and to give them an exact time or they might not get to it. This place has horrible customer service. To be continued.. hoping we are able to get our camper. Update: received a phone call from Kyle stating our camper was being diagnosed…. August 22-Sep 1. Apparently the only way to communicate is through emails. Only reason for the call was because email said we were coming to pick up the camper today and he wanted to know if they should stop the diagnosis. Excuse was it’s the second smallest in the world…this is the second time Kyle told us this exact quote. Poor communication.. said he had wrong number when we left it with them 3 days in a row and he was unreachable and never at his desk. To be continued… let’s hope we can get our camper back.

I know they offer free water, however not know about free pump out.
No
Instead of asking questions, go and and see their large selection. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
They have propane. No dump station. The nearest dump station is at Sonrise RV park.
Yes, full service / shop
This location does not perform alignments.
They are not overly Covid cautious. Retail staff generally wear masks. Distancing is nearly impossible as the store is small. Some visitors wear masks others do not. Service and parts staff generally wear masks if they head to the sales floor, otherwise they are behind a partial plexiglass screen and are maskless. Staff are friendly and helpful but overall I would say, like many places, safety precautions have slid.
Not that I know of..Best call them
Do not know. You may want to call them to be sure before going there.
Yes.
The one in Kissimmee could probably help you more
I would recommend calling camping world and talking to one of the mechanics there.
✨😃✨
Yes they do
I would think Cocoa, surely a lot less traffic. Orlando store is in Winter Garden all the way across Orlando. The closest store to the north is at SR 16 & I-95.
Sorry, no. But we do have an incredible selection of other makes and models.
Camping world itself has a great mechanic shop. Can fix everything from mechanical to aesthetic.
Never had a problem there?
