Never see the police writing tickets for traffic, or parking violations. NEVER! I see them ride right on by violations? Had the unfortunate experience of asking an officer on duty why they allow people to overnight park and stay for months in Lee Wenner Park. The officer was arrogant, impatient, demeaning and obstinate . He talked in circles, a very rude individual. had no respect for the taxpayer, public or his oath.

My cousin and I were broke down in the Walmart parking lot for 3 hours. Being 2 females we were scared to ask any stranger for help, officer Fountain arrived and immediately walked over and helped us. He got the car started 5 minutes after helping, very kind and super helpful man!!!

Staff lies. I was lied to a repeated number of times while on a the phone no longer than 3 minutes and when I corrected the lies out loud the operator was absolutely silent....then lied about having a emergency call when I purposely called the non emergency line???? I am confusion.

If the incident occurred in city limits of Cocoa you would have to come to the police department or come somewhere intro the city where an officer could meet with you.

It should be, but unless it can be considered harassment I don't think it can be reported, and mainly only when it's threatening the safety of the person being bullied, usually when it's serious and the person kill themselves is when the person somewhat gets in trouble. I suggest you tell the victim to square up and stop letting him or herself keep being punked around by low life's.
