So I'm curious because I don't currently have a vehicle to test in. Does the colorado springs dmv have their own test vehicles i can use to take my driver's test?

You have to use an outside drive company ..there are 3 in the same parking lot of the dmv on union .,academy driving and national not.sure.of the other name ,they have cars

DMV no longer offers driving tests. Most driving schools require you use their cars for their staff's safety since they have an extra brake and mirror for the instructor.
