lazy people! I am ashamed that there are Ecuadorians spreading those bad habits in the USA! They are not capable of doing anything, they ignore the petitions that are sent from Ecuador through letters rogatory. They don't give a damn about serving their compatriots, all they care about is getting a salary! I explained to them the life or death situation of my daughter who has Down Syndrome and the situation she was going through and they just told me, we are going to call you and they never even picked up the phone to call.
