They are definitely slow. Takes forever in thr drive through. Guess they have to go get the cow, butcher it, thrn cook the Bergers. 😂
They ask that customers wear masks. Not necessary. They have customers stand 6 ft apart. Partition between employees and customers. I was not worried. Good practices
Because the kid behind the counter was improperly trained ... Just like you complaining here, instead of talking to the manager. You get satisfaction by going to the source. Demand that they give you what you asked for😡
