Staff was cordial. Suite was sub par. The furniture looked like it should be in an alley waiting to be picked on trash day. The bedroom was nice and bathroom was nicely appointed. Ordered breakfast the next morning the staff said, "I don't know if we have any bread." They did but the avocado toast was supposed to include an egg but it was not. Disappointed.

I have been on business trip in Walla Walla off and on for one month now and am likely to stay for 2 or more months. I have no desire to change to any hotel closer to work. Marriott in Walla Walla has great front desk staff, I pretty much have met all of them by now. They are friendly, professionally, warm and responsive. The grilled chicken salad, the Mediterranean bowel and the meatball in the Bistro were all very good. I am very comfortable here, will likely to stay for months to come.

Nice & clean facility with an unusual restaurant that cooks or prepares food on site for customers that are coming and going, along with wines, beers, hard drinks and cocktails. Location is close to great eating places and good wineries!!! It is in a quiet neighborhood with other eateries within a 2 to 3 minute walk if you seek chain type pizza, etc. The hotel grounds are well kept as is the pool and patios. Clean hotel with great customer service by all employees we had contact with.

A clean comfortable stay, and a reasonable price. Room was clean, elevator worked, pool was nice, hot tub was nice.. bar/restaurant very good with good food... All in all very happy with what I paid and what I received. ---However--- I know pandemic stuff has everyone scrambling to to business the "right" way (stayed here end of Aug, 2021).. so an ounce of forgiveness right away .. but, it seemed that there weren't enough staff to actually make things work. Several occasions where it was difficult or delayed to do something simple, but the most glaring... Needed something out of the lobby convenience store late one night, and it took (literally) 20 minutes to get somebody to the front desk. Then, that person wasn't able to sign in on that station .. so buying the item was not going to happen. They actually gave it to me, no charge... But I'd rather have paid the $4.50 and gotten back to my room.. would have given 3 stars if the staff members weren't all so fantastic and nice. Made up for the delays with smiles, and I appreciate that alot.
