Customer service was top notch. Just make sure your shower temp is to your liking before you NEED to shower. Standard def tv’s (even in 2022, yes). They keep the lobby bathrooms locked. Other than that, this place was a satisfactory stay.

I'm not one to write a poor review of a business or one of its employees, unless the service is especially sub-par. The front desk manager on duty on the evening of 6/17/2022, at approximately 9:00pm, definitely met this threshold. We were in town for a local youth softball tournament and had made our reservations several months ago, in a room block with the rest of the team. We even called to confirm our reservation five days prior to arriving and it was confirmed we had a room. When we arrived to check-in, we were told, by the front desk manager, we did not have a room reservation and there was nothing he could do to accommodate us other than to offer us another room at the current room rate of $282/night+taxes. Our original room block contract rate was reserved at $149/night+taxes and our room was reserved/held with a credit card. My wife made the reservation. She also happens to be a current Hilton Honors member for over 20 years. After several minutes of trying to figure out why they didn't have a reservation for us, and even trying to look up any different potential misspellings of our name, he still insisted there was nothing he could do, due to corporate policy. Even though the hotel was not full and there were rooms available, he would not honor the block room rate, nor even consider reducing the $282 rate to that of a competing hotel's rate of $179/night. Very dissatisfied with this employee and experience.

We had the king suite with sofa, it was huge, super clean, quiet, great with a dog, we had room 103. Whole hotel nice, updated contemporary decor. Off leash dog park nearly across the street....perfect for us! Hot and cold breakfast buffet was well thought out, hot items varied each day. Reception staff very responsive, note they are still on no room cleaning unless requested. You're a mile and a half out of downtown, we had a car so no problem at all. Will stay here again.
