When did the rules for use of Fogland Beach change? Last weekend out of state and out of town cars were denied access even if willing to pay the fees. This weekend my renter of 6 years went to get his pass and was denied.

The rules and fees of the Tiverton beaches is posted on our website, i.e., proof of residency in Tiverton is needed to receive a season pass. Tiverton residents pay $10 for a season pass (includes a roll of Tiverton trash bags). Non Tiverton residents can pay on a daily basis. We do not have season passes for non-Tiverton residents. The fees are $10 weekdays and $20 weekends and holidays.
