Positive: The staff were kind, efficient, and helpful while checking in/out and when asking questions. It was a convenient location. Negative: The continental breakfast was awful and we never used it. The coffee was out and not replenished. There were extremely limited options and what was offered was not appealing.

Very challenging experience. Booked a room through Hotels.com for 2 nights and had something come up, so we could only arrive for the second night. I contacted both Hotels.com and the hotel directly to notify them so that we would not lose our room and was told that a note would be put on our reservation. But when we arrived, our booking was marked "no show" and we were required to pay almost double our original rate for one night. Multiple phone calls did not resolve the issue. Would not return.

It was a nice stay. It was exactly what I needed for a short two night trip to Walla Walla. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioner was great and hummed quietly all night (helps me sleep), and the hotel itself was quiet. The people working were friendly. I only took off a star because the room coffeemaker and hairdryer were not working. It's not a fancy hotel, but it has everything one should need. I didn't get to take advantage of the breakfast because I decided to sleep in, but I will next time I'm in town.

The room is a run of the mill super but April the lady that works at the front desk is probably the best customer service provider ever. I have worked on the road the last 15 years of my life and by far April is the best. She knows your name when you call and gets the best rates for workers. She really makes the stay at this super 8 easy and a no hassle place to stay.
