Today was my 1st visit and this staff and Lydia were the best I've experienced in all my years. Professional, compassionate, punctual and very impressed with them. I'm glad I finally found a doctor that cares.

This company cares more about money than they do their clients. Immediately when I showed up for my first visit they were not friendly at all. I left feeling super awkward and uncomfortable and like the doctor really had no idea. I’m going to another provider for surgery in a month and I needed surgery clearance. I made an appointment with these guys out of convenience knowing very well it wouldn’t be a good encounter but I needed something soon. I made my appointment and it was discussed on the phone that I have a balance (under $100) and when I asked to pay it on the phone they told me that the front desk would take care of it my time of visit. Okay, cool. I called to reschedule my appointment and the lady was so rude on the phone and stated that I have a balance that needs to be paid before I can do anything. Even though my appointment was already booked and I wanted to switch the time…… I advised that it seems silly because I already have an appointment and the woman got snappy with me so I told her to cancel it as I will not be back. Thankful there are WAY better practices all around me with welcoming staff. I definitely do not recommend this place.

ImI have seen Dr Lydia several times and each time it’s a disorganized mess, with her running late. I was a new patient in April and came with a full medication list, as I am a chronic health patient. I tried getting refills and was told I needed to have an appointment even though I had been in several times. The MA called to get my medication request and then told me I might need to speak with Dr Lydia after. She called me an hour and half late and when I asked if my appt was at 2 she was extremely rude and asked what I needed. She then told me she wouldn’t fill my medication because she never filled it before. She hasn’t filled hardly any meds bc I just moved here. I got so upset I handed my husband the phone and she started yelling at him. I’ve never experienced such horrible treatment from a dr ever. We will be finding a new PCP.

Yes you can but you would have to be established as a patient. Once established you can come in anytime for B12. Check out the $49/month membership plan!
Hello, We do have Dysport and use both Restylane and Restylane Silk for fillers. The fillers are generally priced specific to the area but are generally $500+-. We are offering consults to existing patients for January at no cost in addition to the 25% off. Botox/Dysport is typically $10 per unit and we can review by phone or during the consult for more exact information.
Their online scheduling system has pretty much never worked right. Call the office to schedule an appointment. I highly suggest seeing either Julia or Lydia.
