ROACHES!!!! MY ROOM HAD ROACHES...... so I couldn't tell you what the stay was like. My room was occupied upon arrival by ROACHES. I tried to address the issue with the front desk and offered to bring one from Room 331. The establishment needs a professional cleaning. There was food in my fridge . Hair made up into the bed....the floor was sticky. And there was what I am sure was a booger on the light switch. I was told days ago I would be contacted. Still nothing. They also refused refund and or room replacement. Although if you got 6 ROACHES on the 3rd floor.. How many are there really 🤔 😳 Not sure if I can post pictures 🤔

Hi .. I just stayed at this hotel for the night, the room was really clean.. and also smelled good. I have been in a couple hotels lately for work, and it has not been a good experience to be honest , but this one definitely hits the spot. Is my second time there and I will definitely go back if needed. Stayed at room 146.

The room was aged, but it was clean. The wifi was good. The breakfast had variety and was decent. We have a big family and we were able to get 2 connecting rooms. The clientele we saw was mostly construction workers, so they didn't make tons of noise in the halls late at night. They had several USB outlets between the beds. Our main issue was that in the morning when we headed to breakfast, there was what looked and smelled to be urine on the floor of the elevator. We told the front desk but they either didn't understand or didn't take care of it before we left.

Overall our experience was very good. Beds are super comfortable!!! Sheets and blankets were soft and clean. The only thing that was disappointing was breakfast, the food was cold and even some sausage was still frozen in the middle. When told the attend about it she dismissed it and said it was fine as she was on her phone. Then went in the kitchen room and closed the door. At least there was breakfast. But like I said overall it was a good experience.

Their Wi-Fi signal and speeds were great in the two rooms I've stayed in at this location (2018). in fact, I asked specifically about this before checking in and the front desk said they're very proud of their relatively fast end decent Wi-Fi coverage. Compared to many others in the same hotel class category (including some in the local area) , La Quinta Inn of Lenexa's Wi-Fi is pretty darn good.
Right across the highway is Oak Park Mall, one of the biggest malls in the area, as well as lots of other retail stores. Costco is nearby as well.
