The full sized refrigerator and microwave make up for a little dirtiness. No hotel provided breakfast, but you can make something way better on your own anyway. The price is very well worth what you get.

Absolutely horrible and by far the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. I’d give negative stars if I could. Stayed there with a sports team and in our room, we found perfume, lotion, gum and a pop bottle underneath the bed- so they obviously don’t clean that thoroughly. Hair on the towels and shower. Gross brown spots on one side of the pillow and the other side was completely brown all over (keep in mind these were white pillow cases). The sheets were turned inside out and nothing was changed. We requested a new room and that room was even worse than the first. When we explained it and requested new sheets, the front desk lady SPIT on them before giving them to us. Needless to say, us, the coaches and all of the parents agreed to never stay there again.

Safe, comfortable, and the best value around! Booked a second week due to great experience. Advice: Be mindful that the beds are extra firm, so I'd recommend having a mattress topper (I got one after the first night here) if used to high quality bedding. Outside of that, I recommend this place.

Buyer Beware. I've been at this hotel for 12 days without my room being cleaned. I asked four different front desk workers about the cleaning schedule, one didn't know because he was new, the others gave me three different answers. Each time I asked the staff let me know if I needed anything I could come to the front desk and get it. Well I'm paying $70 a night here, I shouldn't have to come get towels or check out a broom. This is first time staying at a Suburban Extended Stay and the last. If you're only staying for a couple days it's not a bad place to stay. The cleaning schedule is more complicated than it should be. On the choice app and on the magnet placed on the refrigerator states that rooms are cleaned weekly. If the rooms are being cleaned every 12 days that's not weekly, its bi-weekly. I asked two different staff members to have my room cleaned after extending my trip. Both times I was told that they would have my room cleaned but it never happened. Going forward if anyone ask me for a reference about this facility I will tell them this story and tell them about all the little that I normally don't list in reviews.
