I lived here for almost 10 months and I honestly would have stayed longer if my plans didn’t change. Jessica and Sandi are incredible and answer any questions or concerns you may have whenever you need them! I never had to wait to hear back from them. The apartment property itself is a dream. The buildings are beautiful and the clubhouse is perfect. I had no issues with anything while living here. You are a few minutes drive from so many establishments. You can even walk to them if you choose to. I have lived in apartments before, this is the first one where I didn’t see any bugs. Not even one spider. In the warmer months, I didn’t see one ant in my apartment. In the winter months, the parking lot and driveways were well treated. They were always ahead of the game with salting everything. With COVID-19, a lot of things were changing and Avignon let renters know of the changes immediately. I never had any issues with plumbing or electrical. I recommend Avignon to any friends or family who are looking to move. Best apartment complex in Olathe!!
