When entering you'll rate this place 1 star because the parking lot is horrible! But it really has some nice features mixed in with a few other negatives. At the end of our 4 day stay, I'm giving them 4 ... above avg but for sure could improve, especially the horrid lot. If these items matter to you, this is not the place for you .... Hanging clothes - there is NO PLACE TO HANG CLOTHES. Bathroom counter space - there is ZERO countertop and with a towel bar over top of toilet, not even that really useable. But, there is ... Wifi Inside pool area Gym Laundry facilities Continental breakfast plus Very comfortable pillowtop beds A nice added sleep space / window seating area Doing remodel with business area in front Elevator Allows dogs with added fee Overall, it was a nice stay at good cost.

Easy check in. Decent breakfast. Nice people. The rooms are small but clean and the beds and pillows are comfy. Was better than expected for this price point. I'd stay there again.

For an out dated hotel, I was impressed that it was not rundown. It is being upgraded so there is some daytime construction. They still are not servings continental breakfast just coffee an juice an a bag with fruit an muffins. As far as those working at the front desk. They were not attentive at all. I stayed 4 days in a suit. I had to almost beg for coffee for my room an had to bring my towels from my room downstairs so I could get more. I'm also a Gold member I ask for a late check out. An was told that I would have to double check in the morning due to house keeping. I wanted a 1pm check out. There may have been 10 guests in the hotel. Front desk just need to at least pretend to more friendly an helpful.

Where do I start? I wish I could rate this half a star. What an absolute dump. I had the misfortune of booking two nights here, due to weather. The entire property looks like it's under construction, with no consideration given to current guests. The first room I was put into had a toilet that didn't work. The second room was not much better. Their " exercise room" is not anything like it is pictured on the website. Only a couple of machines not worth getting into. The room didn't even have a microwave, so to go down to heat up food you were forced to use the microwave in the breakfast area which was absolutely filthy and disgusting. This was by far one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had in my life. Whatever you do pass this dump by and stay somewhere else even if you have to pay a little more money. Don't expect them to clean your room, during the day while you're out apparently that's too much to ask for or to empty the garbage. The elevator had some sort of substance over the chrome parts. I get that properties get fixed up and redone all the time, but to charge someone $145 for two nights in this condition you might as well just put a gun in their ribs.
