Pillows were horrible and flat. Bathtub did not feel secure as it moved while I was taking a shower, like the surround was not attached properly and there wass an air bubble under my feet. There was multiple exits for the hotel but trying to get back in was a pain because we could not use the key cards to open the exits from the outside; everyone had to go through the lobby. Which would be fine except the fact we were in a far room, close to an exit but far from the lobby. Hotel used to be nice but has gotten worse over time.

If you don't mind cleaning your own room when you check in then this is the place for you. The receptionist was more concerned with herself than the fact that at check in I had to clean my bathroom which should have already been clean. There were dirty wash clothes hanging with clean towels and there was pee on my toilet seat. The rooms definitely do not look like the advertised rooms on the website actually nothing really looks like anything advertised aside from the carpet. This hotel has no elevator if you are handicap then you are staying on the bottom floor the doors do no access anyone handicap unless you have someone with you to open them.

Coming from my great experiences with other baymonts I do not rate this one well. The care of the room in preparation for the next guest is lacking. The bath tub insert in the room we had literally let water underneath it will my family members were showering and then the water started seeping out from underneath. Went downstairs shortly before 8am and the breakfast was pretty well non existent and unattended. I was considerate enough to unplug the waffle iron as someone had left a portion of one on it stuck and burning.

Room was nice but overall it could’ve been better .Maintenance is poor once I checked in there was some trash under my bed . No extra toilet paper or anything you had to ask the front desk . Asked for a toilet plunger and never received it . My mini fridge was broken . Maintenance never comes to collect dirty towels. One of my lamps didn’t work. All I can say that was good was the staff. I don’t recommend staying here .
