This is, by far, the best barbecue I’ve ever had. The smoke flavor was superb. We had (3) dinner plates: pulled pork and sliced turkey, smoked sausage and brisket, and the burnt ends plate. Each plate came with a small side and two slices of Texas toast. Our favorites were: burnt ends, the brisket, and the mac-n-cheese. I don’t typically like mac-n-cheese and it was AMAZING! For the food I have listed, our bill was $60.20 with tax. This equates to approximately $20/plate. So, so good!

Overall the brisket was good and the sides accompanied it well. It’s worth the trip into Kansas from Missouri, and expect a slight wait during busy times. The Texas toast and mac and cheese were the best parts. Brisket needed the sauce, and could have been a bit more flavorful to hold its own. Would recommend to experience KC BBQ but it has some work to do to get to that next level for brisket.

The food was fantastic. The beans were unique, but very flavorful, and the sauces were very good. I would have liked the sauce to have more spice than it did, but that's just a personal preference. It felt amazing outside when we went, so we were able to sit outside and enjoy the air while we ate. The line was really long, but it moved quickly and I'd say it was worth the wait. I'll stop by again the next time I'm in town!

My new favorite BBQ restaurant! Everything was incredibly tasty. Big portions so I have leftovers. Love the atmosphere and style of the restaurant. Clean bathrooms. A definite must if you like BBQ. 👍🏼
