Can you request a specific pickup time if you call ahead to order? I.e. could I call in the morning for a pickup in the afternoon and have it be freshly prepared?

Pickup orders are prepared ahead of time. But, we just picked 60 lbs of meats, no complaints from me or any of the guests at our wedding.
