Made an appt online for a registry service, walked in, and was greeted by a pleasant person. They took my info and called me to the front counter within minutes. I was in and out quick, and they didn't try to upsell me on all their other services.

Went to AAA in Cumberland to renew my driver's license. The staff here was so incredibly nice and helpful. They were on time for my appointment and so quick and so pleasant to deal with. I can say nothing but nice things about the personnel here. Other AAA locations are very good but this one was great. They made you feel so comfortable and welcome. I live in West Greenwich but would make the drive to Cumberland just to deal with these people. Top notch!!

This branch location they are very rude I went into this branch today on 5/28/2020 and the customer service was terrible I understand with everything going with the covid 19 there's precautions and everything going but there is no need if you are an associate that is not in a good mood because you are working during this unsafe time to be rude to a customer from the door to inside when I was renewing my license they were completely rude! They need customer service training.

I was very pleased with the level of customer service at this location. Needing to renew my passport, I stopped in for a photo. I was greeted courteously and promptly. Once my photo was taken, the staff member was kind enough to give to me the passport renewal application. He also shared the fact that AAA does not charge a fee for Euros as long as a minimum amount is met. I returned to this same branch to renew my license. The process of the eye test, new photo and payment took less than 10 minutes.

AAA doesn't do new registrations, but they do carry the checklist and paperwork you would need to bring to the dmv.
You can get a new transponder if you know your account number. If its a new account they will issue upon account creation.
AAA no longer can renew the 18 yr old license. She will have to go to the DMV.
You will have to go to the DMV first time. Renewing your registration is done here for future reference.
