Honestly, who ever is triaging phone calls is under qualified. Appointments booked for the day after only 20 minutes of the place being opened. Lost my faith in this place. So unfortunate because they have offered a great service in the past.

Despite being listed as an Urgent Care facility, this practice does not accept walk-in patients. I drove 30 minutes with my sick feverish son to get here, only to find out from a sign on the door that "Due to covid-19" (which has passed), they no longer function as an urgent care.

Highly recommend super clean, staff is very nice. My son was sick called made appointment same day, was in the office maybe 15 mins and was on my way. Beats waiting at Hasbro for 3 hrs..

The entire staff at Just Kids RI Sick Care are Angels. From the phone call, scheduling appointment, the physical exam to getting results, they were amazing. Thank you all again for taking such good care of my son Henry.
