Love this community and how happy everyone is. It really shows that they love their Residents. So happy with our decision to move our father in.

Again watched Norco man and the mailman walk right in with no screening. Now their employees are posting comments to raise their reviews. Iβve made arrangements to move my mother soon. Front office secretary is incompetent condescending and unprofessional.

The administrator and staff at this facility are great. Clean facility and great care.

As a care facility the elders we're well treated and taken care of. As being a previous employer, the employees are not treated as well. I worked there and had many incidents while working. One is the boss would give all the college kids the weekends off because they had homework, but refused to give me a single mother the weekends off after I told her my sons daycare is not open on weekends. Secondly I was training for med cart, the first shift after a couple weeks I got to train on the cart with another gal for maybe a 7 or 8 hour shift there was a mistake made by the employer I was shadowing and I got told because of the mistake I was not yet ready to train on the cart. Thirdly, during the time period I had this job, I had gotten into a car accident. Me, and my family. My car rolled and totaled, I had a concussion and a doctors note to stay bed rested for a week that I gave my boss. She counted the days I couldn't work due to the injuries as absent days even with the copy of the doctors note I gave her. Even better, the WEEK after when I resumed working without a car living 30 mins away, I was supposed to take an uber to work but my pre paid work card would not work on thier app and would not go through even though I had just gotten paid. I had to catch the bus and of course that's on it's own schedule. I called my boss hours in advanced to my shift telling her my situation and was told if I did not make it to work on time I was fired because I already missed a week, the week I was bedridden. There is more. I was only there for three months. I've known three employees since I walked away from the job up and leave to a better facility, all three I bumped into at the same facility and had bad things to say about being mistreated at brookdale as well. And a note to the front desk lady, I believe named Susan although it's been a minute, who wanted to be so sweet to me until I walked away from the job then became a complete a**hole. I'm three times younger than you and have never mistreated anyone like that on a job. Regardless if I'm a previous employer you had no right to talk to me on the phone the way you did, raising your voice, not being able to answer my questions even days after I called and said I needed help with it, and hanging up. Couldn't help answer one question while I was for weeks trying to get help with recieving my w2, do your job and help people, don't hang up on people because you're the one who has it hard, you're getting paid to sit all day the least you could do is your job with a smile and good attitude. Instead I got hung up on multiple times and mistreated. For needing help receiving information on how to log on and print my w2. Worst job experience everπ

I would call the main number and ask them for their direct line
Sorry, I live here at Brookdale. Suggest you call them directly. Note, although adjacent buildings, 'independent living' and 'extended care' facilities operate separately, so check with both. I'm pretty sure the 'independent living' facility currently has open positions. Good luck, hope to see you soon!
Oh ok
