Great food HORRIBLE customer service flew in to town for a week from Cali to visit family. Last day in town went to Max.s spent almost 200. When I went in I specifically asked for traveling cheesesteaks after prepping the first 3 steaks the guy flipped saying c.mon bro you didn't order no traveling cheesesteaks like I didn't know what I asked for and came specifically to get. I work in customer service he.s in the wrong profession if he can't control himself working with the public. He was completely out of control and ghetto with a respectful paying customer. And the steak I ordered to eat at the bar was super peppery like they tried to be smart. Hopefully upper management will check him on his unprofessional and disrespectful behavior on how to treat customers who spend money at their business.
