Deceptive billing practices, poor customer service, poor patient service. I tried to deal with my account in person and was told I could only go through the third party billing. I work full time and she was very difficult to get a hold of. After several MONTHS of trying with regular calling I managed to answer when she called me back. She was kind but then said the clinic manager would reach out to me about my issue. Guess what? They never did and I am so tired of trying to make this right. I'm a reasonable person and dealing with them has been a nightmare. I cannot recommend.

Matt the Pmhnp helped us out so much!! Got us in quickly and was so thorough. Maren was so kind and supportive and flexible with scheduling we really appreciate the kind generous atmosphere here.

Carey Crill has gone over and above for my daughter and even went so far as to research and consult with a disorder expert to help. We are thrilled we have Carey on our team. A+ on all levels. We love the service dogs too.

I have been with Carey Crill for years and her and her staff are caring, kind and helpful not just everyday but when I have been in crisis as well. They have moved into a great new office across from St Al's hospital really nice and accessible. Carey is also a teacher that is helping Nursing students further their education into the Master's degrees. I find that to be amazing but if ur shy about sharing urself maybe a different provider in her office would be more for you. Give this office a call. They also are now doing Ketamine treatments in the office.
