Nothing worse than going to an urgent care. But to be honest I had a very google experience with the Dr with the tattoos. I don’t remember his name but I have seen him a few times & he’s always kind. He knows how to make you feel comfortable & laugh. Thank you!

Awful awful awful!! Was feeling very sick , lots of congestion in my chest , harsh cough , fever. I arrived at 9:30am The receptionist was nice, got checked in, I was told to wait in my car until I was called. Waited for an hour and a half , got asked to come in for a Covid swab then was told to wait back in my car for another hour, phone rings again I am called in to go to room #3. The medical assistant that was working , I didn’t get her name , very tall , had green nails , she was so incredibly rude to me. Asked me what my symptoms were and then told me again it would be a wait before I could see a doctor , another hour goes by it is now 1:30pm I have been waiting very patiently for 4 hours. I open the door from the room I was in only to find absolutely no one around , lights were off , I went towards the front desk where I found the receptionist and the same rude medical assistant woman who I had seen earlier. I said “ excuse me do you know how much longer because I have been here for four hours and still haven’t been seen. “ to which she replied “you were told there was going to be a wait there’s nothing I can do about it “ I said “ okay I’m going to try somewhere else then “ to which she replied “ okay well you’re not going to get your copayment back and we’re going to bill your insurance for everything “ Bill my insurance for what? The only thing you did was stick me in a room. I was very upset with how I was treated and spoken to. I was obviously not feeling well going to a doctors office to receive medical treatment and instead I was harassed. I understand that a place can be short staffed , if you knew you had no doctors to see me I should have been turned away or asked to go to a different location , I was offered no help. I walked out the door as the woman continued to yell after me.

I went to the Urgent Medical Care on Mendon road in Cumberland today after extreme lower back pain with no known cause. It took me 30 minutes and lots of tears to get into bed last night it was so excruciating. I do not know if it is always like this but I had virtually no waiting. NP Paul P. and the rest of the team took excellent care of me, provided me with an xray, 2 shots, an RX. Here I am and the end of the day and the pain which was a 10 is currently maybe a 3 or a 4 and I'm VERY happy. I have a treatment plan going forward but in this moment I'm very pleased and could not give them a better recommendation.

I think I encountered the same tall, rude medical assistant. Everything was fine until then. A younger male put me in a room and asked me questions. He did a covid swab. The doctor came in and checked my ears, throat, etc. Said they were just waiting for the covid results. After waiting 45 mins for a 15 min test I opened the door. Nobody was around but I waited and the tall medical assistant stood up. I told her I was waiting for covid results. She said that there was only one provider and he had other patients to see that were there before me. I mentioned that I was the first patient there and she said that he had other things to do. The younger male then came into the room and said that the doctor got called away for a few minutes. He was very nice and I told him that I appreciated him letting me know. I work in the medical field and she was absolutely unprofessional and rude - and they had just opened up for the day! I'd hate to see her at 3pm. I would have given 4 stars for the care, but the medical assistant's rudeness brought it down 2 stars.
