This was such a bad experience! I came to this excited because it was close and the Dr and I share a first name haha. However, once I arrived I had to pay for the services upfront which was odd. Then after the nice techs and front desk ladies helped me the doctor came in and it was downhill from there. He didn’t introduce himself or greet me. He then blew up on me when I told him I didn’t have any records with me and I needed hard lenses ( I also was not told to bring anything). I explained that when I moved to ATL I didn’t have any records either but my doctor DID HIS JOB without complaint and tested my eyes and prescribed me hard lenses and said I may not always need hard lenses. When I told this to the doctor in this office in LA he said “Well I don’t know what he was smoking” and said I would always need them, which doesn’t make any sense. I came with no information partially to see if my cornea dystrophy had improved and I just wanted a second opinion the doctor said he couldn’t help me and he didn’t want to “start from scratch” and I left with no help and was told to reschedule because he actually doesn’t treat clients with hard lenses. This was SO UNPROFESSIONAL and I’m not sure if it was racially motivated but his behavior was deplorable and unacceptable! I’d go blind before stepping a foot in that office.

If this operation wasn't so busy gaslighting customer-oriented concerns, with their disingenuous version of events, I'd more than happy to return. Although the potential is there nonetheless.
