I purchased a shed from Cool Sheds on Friday. they delivered it on Monday. The delivery and installation was done by Jim. He was phenomenal. He did the whole thing by himself, was totally professional, quick and very polite. I love the service and love the shed.

No longer needed the shed which was a great product when they came and got it they did not put the fence back up. They left. I took pictures of the damage they did to my fence it was very unprofessional.

We used the Summerville location. Extremely helpful but not overbearing. You ask and they will make it happen. Easy to work with and cares about your shed. Because of the extensive rain we have had for weeks and weeks- they keep the shed safe at their location until the ground dried out enough to handle the weight. Curt our sales rep was very nice, informative, and very caring about our situation. We had a very difficult and tight area to place the shed in our backyard. Jim and Larry did a phenomenal job squeezing through the very limited space in our driveway. Everyone watching was amazed. Even our neighbor was sold on getting a shed of her own after seeing ours delivered. The 10 x 20 shed is of excellent quality that comes with excellent service. The customer service at Cool Sheds in Summerville was refreshing, to say the least! Thank you Curt, Jim, and Larry!
