Rude staff. Worst service. Not even a hello or welcome or "we will be with you in a moment". I had a check-n appointment I had scheduled through Verizon. They had also checked to make sure the phone I wanted was there when I arrived. The man behind he counter was abrupt..rude..and insisted that they "do not make appointments"...and "they had no pro max 13 phones". Then he waved me out of the store. I will never go to that store again. And I am even thinking of changing carriers after decades with Verizon. Stay away from this store!
