Stayed here two nights while touring Kansas City. Good stay overall. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and spacious, beds were soft, there were plenty of outlets and the WiFi worked reasonably well. Bathroom was clean and the appliances worked well. Breakfast was good, parking was good, and there were several good restaurants in walking distance. Short drives to several good bbq places too. Only downside was they don’t answer their phones and there’s no message system.

Probably one of the worst holiday inn expresses we’ve stayed at. The thermostat had an incredibly bright blue faceplate that glowed over the entire room at night. Heard room doors banging all night. Bed was ridiculously hard and pillows were flat. Hardly got any sleep.

I had appointments at KU Med so this was so convenient. My sister's came with me so the adjoining rooms made things so much easier for us. The desk clerks were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was full and delicious. Our rooms were clean and comfortable.

Dirty sock in our room. Carpet trip hazard in hallway in front of our door. Curtains that don't close. Shower head was horrible. Overflowing trash can up front all weekend. Told front desk because trash was blowing everywhere but didn't get changed til Monday morning. No bacon except for Friday. Pool chemical room left open. expired pool permit. Worse Holiday inn I've stayed at especially for the prices. Happier down the street at competition and not near as big of gouge from the wallet.
