Y’all’s gentleman working cashier window 1 needs better training on friendly smile and a more welcoming attitude. Lady working 2nd window can’t even remember what’s she gives you, and dosent even say your welcome after you say thank you, and then Gotta wait with no explanation, I understand that working now days are hard and etc. but way to expensive to deal with issues

Don't even bother going here. You have better luck getting actual service at a different mcdonals. Never picks up the phone if a customer has question. Constantly being rude to customers and idk about you but I don't need to know about Becky down the road getting her face worked on while I'm eating my food.

Through the drive-thru, young guy at the window tried to give me a tea. I said, "That doesn't look like a large coke." He said it was, I asked him to check. Then he asked me to pull around in front and he'd bring it to me. A little more than 10 minutes later, I called the restaurant and told the young lady that I'm in the front waiting on my coke. Approximately 5 minutes later, a man brought me a real coke and said they didn't know I was out there!!..Really?! How could you not know?

The service was poor and the girl taking my order obviously didn't put it in correctly and they said that I didn't order it. Though I know for a fact I gave her the correct code. I even confirmed it with my child who was in the back seat. This was supposed to be my free crispy chicken Deluxe sandwich with the purchase of $2 or more from the app.. It's just bread chicken and pickles. Very disappointed.
