Just recently went through a divorce. That statement alone should explain the hell of my situation. I reached out to many storage places, and Kelli at public storage not only was professional, but went the extra mile when she didn't have to. The manager Kelli got me into a unit quickly, and very reasonably priced. Upon arrival I was impressed at how this place was tucked away, and very secure. I had an issue with getting into the gate, and it was fixed before I could even attempt a a 2nd try at the gate. It is one thing to feel like your stuff is protected and especially during a hard time. It is a whole other to feel like the manager actually cares about you and your stuff. I HIGHLY recommend this place! You get more than just storage! You actually have staff on site that will professionally and promptly assist you above an beyond! Thank you Kelli!

Rented a unit today...Kelli, was super nice/ pleasant/ relatable, more than helpful, and made it very quick and easy(despite the fact that I mistakenly made 3 reservations online, oops!). Customer service is definitely priority for her, and that is priceless these days!

I helped the previous reviewer in their move. I also wanted to express how easy Kelly made it to check in and move our things despite the bad weather. Not only was she was really patient teaching us the app so we can access the locker using only the phone and did everything possible to make it easy for us to get in quickly so we wouldn't be waiting in the cold. Kelly was a lifesaver, thank you.
