Management was easy to reach when problems occur during daytime hours. They will give a 24 hour number if you talk to the manager. Facility is fairly clean but if your neighboring storage has bugs then you will get bugs in yours as well.

Questions & Answers

Why do I need a beginning of month payments when I get paid mid month... And my move in day is mid month? What happened to 20 some days of $1 free month? Specific (unnecessary dates) and prorated to screw customer. Bad attitude customer policy.

Their payment cycle starts every 1st of the month, no matter what day you move in. If you moved in mid month you're only paying for the rest of the month and they tell you before you sign any paperwork.

Is there a refund if you take your belongings out of storage before the end of the month I should have said is it pro-rated

That's cute. No you aren't prorated when you move out but you are when you move stuff in.
