Not happy with these people. Things started out great. The lady Brenda helped me out when I initially rented one of the units, with using one of her locks for my 2 door unit, however it's taken 6mos to get her to take her lock off and let me put my own on. I have since been locked out of not only the access to my unit but my unit as well. Even after I was late (Murphy's law, including a death in the family) they kept my unit locked for an additional week upon paying my bill including late fees. At this time there is only Brenda working and she straight lied to my face and acted coy when confronted with my unit being locked after my bill was paid. Do not be surprised if you can't even get thru the gate if you're on day 6 of the month. The $1 for first month is a joke. I had to pay over $60 for the first month over fees and taxes and my next months bill was due on the 1st. Definitely don't get a month for $1. They also raised the rent without my knowledge claiming they sent me a paper letter home I still haven't received. Looking for another place to go asap.

I've been a customer here for years with multiple units. I definitely recommend you go elsewhere. Expect poor customer service, frequent break-ins, lack of maintenance and all too frequently not being able to access your unit.

Well, I don't think I can say enough good things about this location. The manager, Brenda has been so instrumental in helping navigate the storage units my parents have after the passing of my mother. Because of her, I never had to worry about what was going on with the units. (Not to mention, how flexible and commincative she has been.) I sincerely hope that at some point soon (as in immediately) she would get a raise from all the hard work, effort and extra time she put in with helping me during my grieving process. Brenda, I love you so much and at any time I need a storage unit, I'm calling you first! iStorage and the community is so, so lucky to have you! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!! 🥰🥰🥰😇🙂
