Great, first month free, so the first month was only 15 bucks, clean easy access, manager was nice and helpful, will use again if needed

The units are acceptable and it's easy to reserve one online. Unfortunately, the customer service stops there. We cleaned out our unit 2 months ago and have contacted the company 6 times to cancel it. We continue to be charged for a service we're not using.

I dont know the names of the management team. But i rented the unit easily, i have access to the unit until 10pm, which for me is a pain, its clean and in an area i deem safe. ....But every couple of months the rent goes up. now they are saying access is being restricted even further. im starting to feel some kind of way about it. i will be looking for another place to store my stuff. something about the way this place is managed doesnt seem right. Notice i dont mention any names...thats because no one put me up to writing this review..this place is slowly pushing me out. they offer a low monthly price to lure you in then systematically raise your rent until ....well until you leave which is what i plan on doing, my income is the same when i rented the unit now i cant afford it. this owner operated business is unverified and id rather give my money to a business that appreciates it

I miss Dylan. I have been renting for a year now. Never have I had a bad experience. The new manager was rude and argumentative never gave me her name. Didn't get any messages yet she claims she called me back. I was disputing a written notice fee I've never had before. It's ridiculous when you're only two weeks late. And their call answering service were not even familiar with it. Talk about being knowledgeable. I've decided to take my business elsewhere.

Unfortunately we don't allow power to tenants. Trickle chargers and items left plugged in are fire hazards that put everyone's belongings at risk. We do however have units you could store the motorcyle in, but you would need to bring an already charged battery pack if you needed to jump it. Or you could come start the bike from time to time, to prevent the battery going dead, with our easy access hours being from 6am to 10pm.
Yes we have outdoor parking at this location, with many of our cameras pointed at the parking lot. We have a double wide opening gate, for easy turning when entering and exiting the lot.
