I literally ate papa John's my whole life and never had a bad experience up until last year and now it is every other time. The kitchen staff needs fired.

So I just ordered a pizza for delivery from this papa John's, typically my food it at least decent, but not only was my pizza ice cold, it took twice as long to get as predicted, then after getting the unsatisfactory pizza I tried to call the store to file a complaint and sat on hold for 20 minutes and eventually had to contact corporate to speak to someone, needless to say I'm highly disappointed. Do better Shawnee drive, this is unacceptable.

I loved the pizza! The cashier was so nice and kind! Had a smile on! The wait time was perfect! Best pizza place I’ve been too! It also taste so gooood!
