This is a very busy little animal hospital, and it may sometimes be hard to get an appt, but the friendly staff are gentle, genuinely care about their animal patients, make suggestions to keep your fur babies in good health, and try to accommodate you as best they can. The front desk staff is very good about trying to look for rebates and discounts for medications.

The place itself needs updates. Seems dirty to me. Was told even if a UTI test came back before the apt date we would not be able to pick up meds until the apt date. Also when going for shots they never ask about 6months or the year. Even though the Dr said they are supposed to. We always do 6months bc we do 2 dogs at a time. It gets costly. On 2 occasions they have given them a year shot without telling us. Even after telling the front desk ppl at check in that we wanted 6month. Lack of communication. Even after bringing it up to the Dr that it was wrong he just walked off. Didnt even apologize.

After trying 10 different Vet. Clinics around the KC area, Dr. McConkey and his staff are the only ones that could fix our white American Bulldog/Sharpei's skin allergy issues. TAH is the only vet clinic we let take care of our pets. They are the best.
