Definitely a nice hotel and what I expect when visiting a Hilton property. People are friendly, beds & pillows are comfortable, it's clean, and offers a nice breakfast. My only suggestion for improvement is to do better maintenance on A.C. unit. The one in our room was noisy and we couldn't use it if we wanted a decent night's sleep. Thankfully we could open the window for air circulation. It's too bad there's not a gas/convenience store nearby.

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was professional and kind. The hotel was quiet. The indoor pool is a bit small, but I loved that there was a deep end as I was traveling with my young son. The location is conveniently located within minutes of the Legends Mall, Target, and Walmart. Also close to several restaurants. PS. TVs have all plug in options to connect devices and wifi was excellent.

I selected this hotel because of its location, close to a number of restaurants & shopping, easily accessible from the highway system and not far from KCI airport. While the hotel has some maintenance and custodial issues, I found the managers to be quite pleasant and prompt in their assistance and attention to my concerns and I'm confident that the hotel will continue to improve considerably under their oversight. Breakfast afforded several offerings and was well attended to by Carmen. There was also fresh coffee available in the lobby throughout the day. I wish the hotel well as it updates and addresses certain concerns. I would look to this hotel again, if I'm in the area.

Went for a quick getaway and was pleased with our short experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious and lasted longer than other hotels. Check out is Noon which was also helpful!
