The gal doing our reservation could not find my Honors membership. How do I get credit for staying there. I am an honors member.

Have your membership number.. If you dont have it, get it from the membership customer service..

Lol..I had to call them it happened to me too. Mines through IHG..and Club Carlson..who's yours? Call them and I know they will ask for your confirmation #..its how I did it and I was giving my points
