First he positive, the tellers are efficient and polite . But the "Financial Relationship Consultants " need more training , terrible customer service, no clients in the lobby and I had to wait for long time , very unprofessional after the long wait they still talking about their personal lives This is one of the worst Regions I’ve encountered or maybe my previous Regions branch were more professional.

Don’t go here. They don’t help people. The wait is long even when people are not in there and when they come to you they don’t help. They Rush people out. I will never go back. How can someone tell u what your in there for wow. Thanks so much Mercy Gomez for nothing.

Horrible bank! I came to append a new account, had an appointment for 11 am and they took over an hour to see me. The staff is very unprofessional and very rude, when I asked how much longer they would take and they had no clue.

Fix your ATM!! They change the ATM machine every 4 months and it’s a problem. It swallows your card, and I had to get a new one, almost happened again, I had to go to the window to make a deposit or get cash!
