I visited Davivienda the other day to check my account and all the staff was very polite and helped me with my online banking. They took me to a private room and the staff from customer service helped me to fix my online issues. I am very pleased and satisfied with their services.

Davivienda International customer service takes into account the clients needs by also taking into account their bank’s policy. They ask their clients what they need help with and try their best to assist them as efficiently and as best as they can. They give their clients coffee or water as they wish while they are being assisted.

You have to have a trusted person in Colombia and update that number so that person can give you that code every time you need it. In any case, you can call the red number from davivienda to the one from bogota because the number from the united states does not work. (Extra data, the davivienda in Miami has nothing to do with the bank in Colombia, I lost the trip to that branch).
My card was blocked in the United States and the card is from Colombia, what should I do?
