Poor customer service and everyone doesn't communicate due to working from home. Most of the time they don't answer.

We had an appointment at 1pm, we arrived at 12:40pm and they told us that Juan Bravo, the person in charge of assisting us, was having lunch. We understood clearly, we hope. When he came back, our surprise was that he told other people to come in, we don't know if they were colleagues or if they had millions of dollars and had priority. At 2pm I told her how long it would take for her to see us, we had been waiting a long time, we had an appointment booked that she hadn't kept and she was tired of waiting, 8 months pregnant in case she hadn't noticed. His arrogant response was to make an appointment another day. The day I go into labor will things be better for you or when the baby is 1 month old, Juan? You're the boss. It doesn't matter if you go back for an hour and a half or wait for as long as you consider each day of the year, do you think? Now, I just hope that day you have learned to treat the client without airs of superiority and to give a smile. Finally we were attended by a colleague, nice, polite, professional, she apologized. The order to send cards was not properly issued and 3 weeks later I had to call to request them. Nothing happens, a mistake can be made by anyone. By the way, take a look around the planet, you don't need the A/C at 65°F. I hope I don't have to go back there.

Covid19 Sick

They are basically a rip off..in no way are they there to help you.Git a car through them interest rate is so high.Even when you think your almost done they add more fees.They do charge backs on your payments and you have to pay the payment plus late fees.Each customer service person tells you something different.This loan is the worst I ever got!I will never use them again or recommend this bank for a car loan.

I needed to wire money and had to drive 6hrs to get there and 6hrs to drive back but it was all worth it. The staff are exceptional and extremely helpful. Juan Bravo who handled the transaction was absolutely the best and made us feel very welcomed. My only issue, please place more Branches throughout Florida. Even if only in Orlando would help immensely.
