I want to leave, my experience with this bank, there is a lady named Sandra who works in the area of ​​real estate financing, look, we made an application to buy a house, we delivered all the necessary documents, and at the moment we would need a pre-approval, and at that At the moment she sent an approval letter of 300 thousand dollars, soon after that we made an offer of 240 thousand, from there the headache starts she had given a deadline to resolve all documentation and approval of 40 days, and in the meantime we were paying the fees due until the closing, getting close to the closing we were already worried she wouldn't provide us with the financing amount and didn't even confirm if the day of signing the contracts would be ready, so we sent emails to find out what was happening, missing 2 days for the closing of the contracts and delivery of the keys, she and her team ask me for all the documents again, I will repeat them all, 2 days left for the closing and then watering the keys, then we had to run because the owner of the house where we were selling could cancel our offer and purchase, but given this irresponsibility of this lady and her team spent the CLOSING DATE day, we had to talk to the sellers to give more a deadline, because at that moment it was no longer up to the owner to continue with the sale, but the very nice owners ended up waiting for the result, well, after 4 days they denied the financing, I WANT TO MAKE IT CLEAR THAT I'M NOT HERE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE DENIAL I WANT MAKE IT CLEAR, that for me it was a lack of professionalism, a lack of character, because they had released 300 thousand dollars the house cost 240 I was going to make a down payment of 70 thousand dollars and they let it extend in such a way that at the time of pre-approval they didn't look at the documentation, they went to look when the closing date had passed, so my people are experts this class has no commitment to their client!
