Terrible attention after opening your account. They never answer the phone at this branch and if they answer it you barely say hello, they immediately hang up the call. I do not recommend this branch for anything in the world.

I am so pleased with the assistance of Christian E. and George C. at the Citi Branch at 201 S Biscayne Blvd #100, Miami, FL 33131. They have gone out of their way to assist me with all banking matters and to make sure everything is to my satisfaction. This Citi branch is lucky to have them.
