Had a check from WF that I needed to cash and put into my WF account. The manager advised that she would not accept the check because the maker of the check wrote my name in black ink and signed the check with blue ink...but I that I was welcome to deposit through the ATM or mobile deposit. Does that even make any sense whatsoever? Called customer service and they advised that they had never heard of that! Meanwhile, WF illegally and fraudulently opened thousands of accounts for unsuspecting customers...but they will not accept a check with different colored ink! Absolute clowns.

I’m not sure how this place has anything over 2 stars. It’s small and always crowded. Not sure if they’re understaffed or just not very diligent. I came in on a Saturday and had to wait outside the bank first bc they were out of capacity. This meant there were 4 people in line, 3 being helped and 4 sitting in chairs waiting to get in that line. Absurd. It’s the only Wells Fargo in this area and I’m questioning why I haven’t switched banks yet. This is really not worth it for me to spend an hour waiting in lines to get help. The staff also looks and acts miserable here. This is my second review of this place and I’ve always given no more than 1 star because out of the few times I’ve been here it’s never been a good experience.

I went to open an account for my mother as the Bank is very near to me. My mother lives with me. Bank needs a copy of utility bills for proof of address. Two hospitals bill, insurance reply and many others, nothing worked for them. Even the address written in the Social Security card were not accepted. So, I asked them that can you pay your utility bills without an account? Which one comes 1st, is it the Bank account or utility bills? They couldn’t reply me with logic. However, I don't have any utility bills with my name. But still i have two Bank accounts with other Banks. It seems weird to me. Your Bank rules/requirements may be reviewed for better customer support. Thanks

ATT: Pedro Eid Dear wells fargo. I have been a loyal customer of your bank for the past 3 years, I have time and again received great service at your bank which is one of the main reasons I bank here. But to my surprise, on the date of the 3rd, October , 2020, I was at the receiving end of some very poor service at your branch on 1752 Biscayne Blvd Miami, FL 33132 United States. On the said date, I made a stop at this branch to open a business account with credit card for my new Business. After a good 30minutes wait, despite the appointment i had, the rep (PEDRO Eid) greeted me, after we took seat he asked my mother if i was part of the business which i im its my business, but i wanted the account to be on her name with business, long story short this gentleman started treating me like a complete ghost like I wasn't-seating in front of him trying to bring my business to your bank. Instead, he talked to me very rudely, and told me that if I did not like the rules, I could take my business elsewhere. I was appalled at such behavior, and have a good mind to take my business elsewhere as suggested. That same day CHASE a couple of blocks away welcome my business and meet all my expectations. I hope you would look into the matter, and make sure such an incident is not repeated. Your company has been known to provide good services, and such events tarnish the company name, so please address this issue soon. Thank you for your co-operation.
